It smelled like mold, and the lack of basic decor made it feel stark and uninviting. Housekeeping missed cleaning properly. found hair on the floor when I checked in. I also noticed the slow service at the restaurant, especially on the last night. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but the room’s cleanliness has room for improvement.
